Duals Information:  The CAWL Stars team will compete in the McDonogh Duals on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at McDonogh School in Owings Mills, Maryland.  The CAWL is looking for a team sponsor or team co-sponsors for this event to be displayed on the CAWL Stars web page and on the back of the team t-shirts!  Please call 703-298-7732 if interested.  There will be a Friday evening weigh-in (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) and a Saturday morning weigh-in (6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.) for participants.  Click here for official McDonogh Duals web site.  Each wrestler needs a USA wrestling card to participate and will be responsible to have or get one.  Click here for USA Wrestling membership if you haven't already purchased a card.

Selection Criteria - All head-to-head matches during the regular CAWL season, and only official CAWL matches, count toward the CAWL Star participant selection up to the deadline to be announced.  See preliminary line-up below selected using the CAWL Preseason Tournament and head-to-head CAWL match results to date.  All CAWL coaches should try to fill a strong line-up before the deadline, Jan. 22, by contacting and communicating with the CAWL Stars Coordinator and CAWL Stars coaches.  In addition, any head coach may issue a request for a challenge wrestle-off before the deadline for a starting position on the CAWL Stars team, at which point the CAWL Stars Coordinator will decide in a timely manner if  the challenge is necessary.  If so then a wrestle-off may be scheduled most likely on the day of a regularly scheduled CAWL match.
