CAWL-Stars for McDonogh Duals

Information:  The CAWL-Stars team will wrestle in the McDonogh Duals on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at McDonogh School in Owings Mills, Md.  There will be a Friday evening weigh-in (3 p.m. - 7 p.m.) and Saturday morning weigh-in (6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.) for participants.  Click here for official McDonogh Duals web site.

Head-to-Head - All matches during the regular CAWL season, and only official CAWL matches, count toward the CAWL Star top pick.

Line-up and Challenges - See preliminary line-up below selected from CAWL Preseason tournament results and head-to-head CAWL matches to date.  Each and every CAWL coach is responsible for filling the line-up before the deadline, Jan. 21, with his top wrestlers by contacting and communicating with CAWL-Stars coaches and CAWL-Stars Coordinator.  In addition, coaches may issue a request to challenge before the deadline for a starting position for their wrestler by contacting both the CAWL-Stars Coordinator and the CAWL Commissioner.  If  a challenge is granted then a wrestle-off will be scheduled most likely on the day of a regularly scheduled CAWL match.  Challenges should be made at least one day in advance of a regularly scheduled CAWL match.
